SITE REPORTS   One Blade Fits All Customers of the LL Lindberg Company want the same thing as customers want everywhere: great service, delivered on time. As company president, it is Lars Lindberg's responsibility to find a way to get the work done, rain or shine. He's turned to attachments to help accomplish this, and in particular he speaks highly of his Rockit™ Power Blade™. We do a lot of small jobs, with small and tight work areas, so to bring in a big dozer is not only cost prohibitive, it's often too big for the job site. Now we can bring in a small dozer, with a Rockit™ blade that expands and contracts in response to the jobsite and material conditions. It's just amazing what we can do The time it cuts off is great. The ability to retract the wings on his Model 8611, down to a legal width for transporting, is very important to Lindberg. It's probably the number one thing for us. The ability to transport a dozer for $50, by reducing the 11- to 12-foot blade width to meet the legal transport width, is wonderful for us. Anything wider than 102" and we're looking at $200 to $500. So the ability to bring a small dozer in cheaply and do big work with it is extremely efficient, extremely cost effective.
